Hall's Safe & Lock Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio and Atlanta, Ga. ... the times are hard and "stamps" are scarce. They will sell a Herring, Miller, Mosler, Bahman & Co. or Beard Bros. Safe at less than one eighth their first cost.
Times are hard, says Hall's, so its Atlanta branch will sell you a rival's second-hand safe, Herring or Mosler included, at an eighth of the first cost.
